Meal tutorial for V day (lasagna)

I darn <3 lasagna
totally mad love it, but everytime when I look through the menu the lasagna deffo made out of beef
I cant have beef, but I love lasagna way toooooo much
so I've broke my religious rule

I've been looking at ppl's pictures shits and stuff
what I saw was wasting money on highly expensive gifts or making chocolates but mostly turn out to be a distorted looking heart shape OR "it looks nice but it dosent taste nice at all" 
so why not
make lasagna
it taste nice plus can be a candle light dinner ~ why not ~

so roll up ur sleeves ~ the om nom nom begins

urgh I know ~ pale face, swollen tired eyes coz lack of sleep
make up totally can change ur life ~

anyway, lets start babeh ~

ingredients :

well I use minced lamb
u guys can use minced beef, pork, chicken anything u guys like 

for me everytime before I cook the meat I will deffo marinate the meat
well to marinate it all u need is sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, one spoon of corn starch with water, pepper, garlic

onions

2-3 bottle of sauce

lasagna pasta

parmesan cheese, mozarella cheese and ricotta cheese

my favourite GREEN GIANT corn
well if u dun wanna add corn is up to you coz I LOVE CORN so I WANNA ADD CORN INTO MY LASAGNA

red wine

simple right ??? HEHE

use a big pot and heat up the oil
pour 3 table spoons of olive oil

cook the lamb and stir for 2-3 mins and then add the onions
after 10-15 mins

u can see the lamb had change of colour

is time to pour the red wine, stir thoroughly appoximately for 5 mins

pour the yummy sauce yay ~~
my suggestion is not to add water coz u already got the wine to do the trick

mmmmmm yay u have the sauce

half cover the pot n let it boil for an hour

then add the yummy corn ~
u can skip the step if u wanna ~

while waiting for it to boil you can start to boil tha pasta
ahya this i dun need to teach guaaaaa
is the same method as boil the spaghetti

pour the ricotta in a huge bowl
I suggest u lot to buy 2 ricotta if the container is that  puny

then one egg,pepper, a lil bit of salt and parmesan cheese

mix it well

use a bakery brush to spread the oilve oil onto the surface of the *oven plate* coz u dun wan the lasagna to stick on the surface
i dunno what does it called but I call it oven plate la ~

spread the red sauce onto the plate (sorry I forgot to take pic of it)
then overlap the pasta onto the sauce

spread the mixed ricotta cheese onto the pasta

and then again
layer the red sauce onto it
and then ~
place the mozarella cheese and sprinkle the parmesan cheese all over it 
(slice the mozarella cheese into slices)

then do the same method all over again ~
preheat the oven for around 5 mins

set the temperature at 150C and let it heat for 45-50 mins
and there you go

job done ~
I swear is not burnt ~ lolx
although it looks ugly
but hey
is nice ~
totally thumbs up

so I hope u lot manage to do this simple lasagna
