After chatting with my family me and BIG but tiny sis went out to have some dessert at China Town

bought a packet of  herbal tea coz I can feel the heat in my body

only £2.50 ^^

and can boil a big pot of herbal tea ^^

lolx looks like I pick some dried leaves and twigs at the park

but noooooooo

those are chinese herbs

after washing it

pour 5 bowls of water

set the temperature

simmer for 1 hour

after an hour add some honey to add some sweet flavour

there voila

ready to drink ~ and is a success ofcoz ^^

while waiting for the herbal tea to boil

a lame person like me
